The environmental protection of pig farms is mainly divided into three major sections: solid manure treatment, wastewater treatment and odor treatment.
First, at the source of manure and odor, the pig house uses a slit floor combined with a V-shaped manure scraper design to clean and collect solid manure residues. Realize solid-liquid separation from the source, and at the same time, promptly clean up manure to reduce odor emissions.
The air outlet of the pig house is equipped with a spray deodorizing device. After the odor passes through the deodorizing device, part of the odor components are absorbed and the odor concentration decreases.
The wastewater is transported through closed pipelines into the sewage treatment station, where it undergoes deodorization, UASB fermentation, secondary AO biological treatment, oxidation pond oxidation, disinfection and other procedures before being recycled again. The reclaimed water is used for pig pen washing, spraying, deodorization and irrigation.
After the solid manure is collected by mechanical scraping, it enters the fermentation tank together with the biogas residue formed by wastewater treatment. After fermentation, it is made into semi-finished organic fertilizer for sale.
